The rep for this company is Jenny and she gave us a $900 estimate in writing.
After loading the truck the bill was presented and it was for $ 5,900.00 instead. The were verbally abusive and said their representative was not responsible for the description of furniture not being accurate, it was our fault. We said unload truck then because we dont have 5900.00 dollars and they said THAT would cost 1700.00. They then said the contents of the truck was theirs if we didnt pay and tried to drive off but I stood in front of their truck and called the police. They had already been there once to question truck driver because he hit a building on his way to our house and never stopped.
After hours of arguing and police trying to arbitrate they agreed to 3000 dollars in CASH ONLY. They told us and three policemen that the deliver would occur next day at 12 noon. They never delivered and wont say when it will be delivered. The dispater SEAN told me to turn him into the Better Business Bureau if I didnt like it and hung up on me. These guys are bullies at best and criminals more likely.
We have no idea when or how we will get our things and worse yet we were told by another one of their victims that it will be put on curb and damaged if they are mad at us.
