Worst moving experience - damaged floors< furniture and scammed me in theway the truck was packed and i had to pay for another truck plus pay them for the hour i got i had to get the second truck

Best Move in Dallas was the worst movers ever. We had appt 9AM for July, 17th and they showed up @ 11:15am. One of the movers kept talking to much wasting time and his helper kept complaining to me he talked too much. They fought the whole time moving and could not agree on how to load the truck. So Unproffesional. During the move my entertainement was slid down the hardwood stairs on a blanket taking chunks of harwood up off the floors. Each blamed the other one. My stainless steel refrigerator slipped and slid down the hardwood stairs also. My aunt and I were sitting on the step at the front door and my iron patio chair came flying down the stairs. The older guy refused to lift one of the TV's and then when the other guy made him he complained the whole time. They broke the top off one of my antique hall tree which is over 100 years old. My furniture was loaded up the truck fast and they told me I needed another truck after 4 hours of loading. It did not take me two trucks to move to Dallas so why am I paying for another truck. I had to get a 17' truck in addition to the 26' truck a had. It cost me an extra $215 dollars for the 2nd truck plus 2 hours, $190.00 over the 4 hour minimum move which I was charged for the time getting the truck. Because they were late I arrived in Houston late. Saturday morning the 2nd crew of movers showed up to unload the truck which only took 2 1/2 hours from the 6 hours loading it. This moving company pulled me aside and told me to come look in the truck. I was scammed. There were holes and empty spaces hidden behind my mattresses which caused my stuff not to fit and had to go pay for a second truck. We took pictures of all this. PLUS all the damaged furniture and broken pictures from the furniture laying upside down and leaning on other pieces. This second moving company said this was the worst packing they had ever seen. There was no way I needed a 2nd truck 17' if the truck was packed right. And my hardwood floors caused me to loose my $1450 deposits plus some. BEWARE of this company. I got them off the UHUAL website.
