Non payment of merchandise given to Write-On, though repeatedly promised to do so

In January, at the Atlanta trade fair, AmericasMart, Ms. Eileen Wallace placed an order with our firm (S) 984), Philmore USA, Inc., for a number of models from our Tropical Silver line. On the 13th of January we sent by UPS Ground the requested merchandise to her location in Sarasota, Florida (Inv. 3246). After a month, we did not receive payment, even though terms of sale was payment upon receipt. We called, and Ms. Wallace said she would send payment immediately. No payment was received.
After another month, we called again. Her associate stated that payment would be sent out immediately. No payment was received. We called a third time during mid April, and was asked to give our address so that paymednt could be sent. No payment has been received. The total amount due is $ 167.00.
