Well to sum it up I can tell you exactly why managers and employees rip the company off, now I'm not saying I have done so or that I agree with doing it because it is wrong, But on the other hand, district and regional managers rip away all of our morals and dignity by never sticking by the managers in the store. For instance if a customer calls in and complains because we called them when they were late, or we do our same day calls (which the company requires) the district will side with the customer, basically flush and policys and procedures down the toilet and side with that customer, Give them free time, transfer them to another store and let them think the store did something wrong, And they want to know why we get pissed off and employees steal. You steal our respect, dignity, our face value. Our company talks about respect for each other, well that is BULL. No one cares about who runs the stores or how they feel, all they care about is what are you bringing to the bottom line. What about how hard we work to follow all the policys you lay out in front of us on a daily basis, so they all disapear when that 1-800 call goes in. Try standing by the manager for a change and I bet you will see a difference. We don't care because you don't care. That is why is is so easy for managers to steal... You show us no respect. We work 60 hour work weeks, get yelled at when we take a day off and nothing in return, were's the team work and values you want us to have. To all district managers out there... Screw you. I turned down a district position because it's not worth it to me to have everyone under me hate me.
