I received a giftcard for Christmas. It was not accepted when I tried to use it. I called and emailed the company. They told me that the seller had not activated it properly, and this happened sometimes. They told me to go to any local distributer to have the card activated. I went to a local store and they refused to activate the card. I called back and they refused to help me without a receipt. Because I received this as a gift, I have no receipt. Please help.
