Worst customer service ever meet

I bought three $25 and one $15 Itune card from bestbuy.com on Dec 16 and picked them up on Dec 17. On Dec 25 my daughter found that the card that I got have not been activated by bestbuy at all. One of $15 card has been given to my daughter's friend as Christmas gift.
So I took the rest 3 cards and the pick slip that bestbuy gave me to store. The rudest customer service lady I ever met refused to admit my order and claimed that I didn't pay for the cards at all. Eventually she found one receipt of $25 card from some where, then she changed her word that I only paid for the $25 card (It's from the $25 card we found that those cards were not activated, even though she claimed that the cards should have been activated). And I showed her the e-mail of my order and my paypal receipt for the order and she refused to take it. I got angry for her attitude for treating customer.
She slammed the receipt to the desk right away and said that "That's it, I am not going to deal with you any more". At last one store manager came, he made her to exchange a $25 Itune card and he claimed that the order I made through bestbuy.com has nothing to do with the store. I have to deal with bestbuy.com for the rest. And he refused to say anything about why they didn't activate the card.
Bestbuy is trying to rob my money, be careful about it. I am not going to buy from bestbuy any more
