They called me at my previous phone number which I am on a no call list and took money out of my account for a credit card. Told me I had 30 days to cancel and get a refund.
I canceled to get my refund and they told me if I faxed a copy of my bank statement I would have my money within 24 hours. Now three months later excuse after excuse and a busy phone line 24/7 still no money no credit card and no way to get ahold of them.
Please help me get my monet back. I am a single disabled mother of 2 and on disability. They should not have called my phone anyway. I even have costumer numbers copyies and all.
