This company charges a fee for "information" for credit cards and loans. They say they have a money back guarantee. But will not refund your money completely even though you have received offers from first premier bank to your address.
They know everyone will get a First Premier Card because First Premier will charge $178.00 to give a credit line of $250.00. So now I am out $178.00 for the First Premier Card and $150.00 for the so called information which is free to everyone on the internet, and another $9.60 for priority mail postage since you only have 90 days for your refund.
I was in a desperate situation, trying to get a personal loan to pay off my debt, instead I was put into more debt.
Is it legal to sell information that is free and already being offered by the other company?
I tried to call their telephone numbers on the heading of their letter, no way to reach a real person, just a recording.
