Recently we returned from a home exchange in Brazil. When we received our T Mobile bill we discovered that there were 52 international calls charged to us that we never made.
At no time was this phone out of my possession. My phone
has registered the calls which were actually placed.
There were 10 and most of the time the phone was
turned off.
We contacted customer service but they repeatedly said this couldn't have happened. Our friends have Verizon wireless and the same thing happened to them. Verizon recognized this as a scam and put a hold on the phone and did not charge them for the illegal calls. So we know it does happen.
We contacted customer service at T Mobile and the office of Robert Dotson president of T Mobile. The only thing they would do is give us a credit of $200.
We are honest people who live on a fixed income. We pay our bills. But this bill shows we are getting ripped off by a company that can't control its service and by some scam artist.
