Sprint ripoff failed to provide me rebate within 8 wks of purchase, keep denying meet requirements ripoff dirty ripoff liars
I purchased a cellular phone from Sprint and was informed that if I mailed in the orginal receipt I would be refunded the purchase of the phone as long as I keep service with no lapse. The phone was purchased 07-23-02, the rebate information was mailed 07-24-02.
As of date 10-29-02 I have not received my refunded I was told by 3 C.S.R. That I did qualify for the rebate as well as a Supervisor by the name of Kelly whom I spoke with on 10-27-02 at 5:50pm. Had I know that SPRINT was such a bunch of bulls-it I would have chosen cellular service with another provider—I would not recommend a dog to go to SPRINT
