On February 9, MIke Willis (214)-202-3401 a Summit Merchant Solution representative signed my business up for credit card services. He collected $200 for the equipment he said I needed. I was promised that the service would be hooked up shortly. After several days of no service and broken promises and the run around from the companies reps, I cancelled the account.
I was promised by Mike Willis that he would take care of the cancellation.
My bank account was charged $35.40 for the services that was supposed to have been cancelled. I again spoke with Mike Willis, who said he was no longer dealing with the company and referred me to a supervisor Jarod (888) 590-1863. Jarod assured me that he would close the account and credit me a refund 2 weeks later, the account is still active and no refund was issued, I then spoke with another supervisor Sheniqua (469) 546-1015 who assured me that she would personally take care of closing the account and issuing a refund. It has been over a month and this company has yet to close the account or issue a refund.
I should have read complaint warning before I signed, but even when I caught the rip off, I was too late.
