I purchased four articles of clothing from this store yesterday and asked the sales person if I could return those that didn't fit. She said sure, of course. I paid for the merchandise, left the store, and tried the clothes on my daughter that night. When I went back in the next morning to return two that didn't fit, with tags attached, receipt in hand, and even the bag they came in, the sales clerk informs me that I could only have an in-store credit. It's their policy. I asked when it came into effect since I had shopped their before and that had never been the case. Plus I had asked if I could return the items and the clerk never mentioned the fine print. She said January which was two months ago. She tells me, it's on your receipt. She said do you want the credit, well you actually don't have a choice. I tell her that it's a ridiculous policy, especially, when I was not informed of that at time of purchase less than 24 hrs ago. She says, "Well you certainly don't have to shop here." I asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude and inconsiderate. I don't have to shop there but I have an in-store credit that can only be used there. Hmm... Very convenient for them. I would never recommend this store to anyone. They show no customer appreciation or loyalty.
