I have contacted SMART numerous times via email regarding my account and money you have deducted from my account and failed to disburse to my creditors. I demand an explanation as to why my creditors were not paid from the last draw from my bank account. This is the last attempt I will make to contact SMART. If there is no response, I will be sending a certified letter and filing a complaint with the BBB.
