T.D.W. Closeouts
I purchased 3 pallets which were described in writing to me as a mixture of returns, closeouts and overruns. The entire shipment was broken or defective merchandise

I purchased three pallets of merchandise which was described in writing to me as overstocks, shelf pulls and returns. When the shipment arrived it was all defective, broken merchadise.

I have dealt with several liquidators and was expecting some damaged merchandise, but not all of it. The pallets plus shipping cost me $1800. TDW denied that l the merchandise was defective. I sent pictures of the defective tags. Their only response has been to offer a $400 credit over several future purchases. I will not make any future purchases as they are dishonest.

I should have known better than to purchase from a company that asks for a wire transfer up front. Please do not make the same costly mistake that I made.
