I ordered 7 pallets of cleaning supplies and groceries for my small business. The pallets were supposed to be named brand merchandise. What i received was 7 pallets of Dollar General and Dollar store products.
When confronted about it, they claimed that there was named brand items in the pallets. And yes there were very few name brand boxes, that are also sold at Dollar General and Dollar stores. And when discussing this matter at first they did not even have the decency to return my calls, they just sent an email. When i was able to get ahold of a lady named Dalia, all she claimed was that it was the best quality and there was nothing she could do or was willing to do. And she also claimed that i could not talk to anyone else because she was in charge.
Throwing in a very few boxes of name brand merchandise and pawning the rest off does not make the load high quality at all. I would be fine if i paid the price for a Dollar General pallet, but paid for the name brand items. I even have pictures of our load and of Dollar store shelves with the same products. But they said that was not possible, i guess this is not the first time they have ripped someone off like this since they are completely aware of what the Dollar store carries.
