So, I was looking at this online and I wanted to get a total before I ordered. I put everything into the cart. When I went to go see the total, it said thank you for your order. I never clicked submit your order. I called and called and called and left message after message. I have had no response. I started firing on their Facebook and then finally received an email back. They told me that the order has been cancelled but that my second order was on the way! Second order? They told me that they had not charged my card when indeed they had. I have disputed the charge with my card company. If something shows up at my house, I will send them an email telling them they can send a call tag with their shipper information. But since it took me over 4 days and 80 calls and taking to Facebook to get a response, I should not have to pay to return an order they said was cancelled or placed by them for me. Total scam if they are placing "second" orders for their customers!
