Protect America, a burgular alarm company, blanketed this subdivision when it first opened up. They got in, than got right out, so that I never understood how the system worked. My mistake, because I paid their fee every month, even though I never used the system.
A few months after the 24 month contract was up, I changed the alarm system to another company, which carefully guided me through how to use their system. I then called Protect America; after waiting for a long time to reach anyone, the customer service rep finally gave me Steve Graham at ext. # 8262.
Mr. Graham's position was that, even though my 24 month contract had expired, it self renews itself. I explained that I had made a couple of phone calls to his company earlier to express my dislike of his company's services, but could not get through. I paid his company for more than six months after the contract expired; that does not matter-I must continue to pay for a system I have never used and no longer have.
