I met Catherine Knell in a Mcdonalds parking lot and gave her $250.00 for a chihuahua puppy. At that time Mrs. Knell told me the puppy would be ready for delivery on 12/01/07. She also advised me to email her as soon as possible to make sure that my registration paperwork would be correct and she could get it to to breeder. I emailed my information and did not hear anything so I emailed her a few more times.
On November 29th I reached Bill Knell to set up a time to get my puppy and he advised me the puppy was too small and would not be available until 12/06/07. I broke the news to my daughter and when I called on 12/05/07 to set up a time to meet to get the puppy I was told once again the puppy is still too small and would be available 12/13/07. Again I broke the news to my daughter we were still not getting her puppy.
On 12/11/07 I emailed the Knells about a time to meet and got no reponse so I phoned for a couple days and got no answer finally on the afternoon of 12/13/08 I was told the puppy would be in town in 12/16/08. I phone the Knells several more times and again they waited to the last moment to inform me the puppy was STILL too small and she would be available 12/20/07. Again I broke the news to my daughter.
On 12/19/07 I got the new that the puppy still wasn't ready and this time I filled out my refund form. I got an email from the Knells a couple days later saying They received the form and I would get my refund in five to seven business days. It has now been over a month and they no longer accept my emails and have shut down their website. I never got a puppy of my money. Dealing with these people was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They ruined out Christmas and didn't even care.
