UNIT have been broken since June called to ask for help which for some reason they don't have a record. Tried to cancel 7/28 because I paid to have a new system installed by another alarm company.
Protect America knows that they have not service or moniter her account since July 28. Mother is 82 years olds needs the system for health reasons and the alarm system because she had been broken into.
After contacting the company again I was told that it was to renewal 3.22.2006 and they wouldn't cancel until 3.22.2007 because they didn't receive notice.
I offer to paid the next 30 days so it would give Protect America time to cancel. No deal with them!!! All they want is to lie and steal from an elder lady that lives on Social Security.
Don't call and please never do business with them. RIP OFF America should be their name.
