I have come across some stores with poor customer service but this place is the worst I have experienced. Strawberry Central will take your money and sit on it without sending the merchandise purchased. I placed an order with them on 11/16. My credit card was charged on 11/17. I placed other orders for toys at the same time and tracking orders were sent to me within a day.

I heard nothing so I finally contacted them via email the day after Thanksgiving, 11/25 and received no response over the weekend or that Monday or Tuesday. I tried calling. No one answered the phone and there wasn't a machine to leave a message. This concerned me so I emailed again asking for the tracking number and requesting a response. I got one with the answer that the tracking number would be sent to me on 11/30 and due to Thanksgiving, orders were late.

Remember, I placed my order 7 days prior to Thanksgiving. On 12/1 I still hadn't received a tracking number. I emailed again and was told about another delay. I requested to cancel my order via email and got no response. I contacted my credit card company and they are now working with me to get my money back. The lady from Strawberry Central called me, argued with me and called me a b*. I am glad I cancelled my order. Avoid this company!!! I used a different company to replace the items I did not get and I have received the merchandise. Strawberry Central is a Rip-Off!
