Ordered a desktop from Dell. Unit did not arrive by scheduled time. DHL website showed no record of the tracking number. Just received this response from Dell:
I apologize that you did not receive the order for refurbished system and I understand that you wish to know the status of the order. I will be glad to provide you the information.
I have checked our records and I see that the order is lost in transit. I have set up a replacement, it should ship within approximately three to seven business days (based on parts availability) to the original ship-to address listed below
