Do not be impressed with products or prices listed on Dell's website. I experienced a serious issue of "FALSE ADVERTISING" on their website and on other shopping related websites. I placed an order for a Zune MP3 player for my son on July 24th since Dell had the best offers available. Their website stated they had the players in stock. WRONG, that was LIE #1. After I placed my order I received a confirmation stating the ship date was August 13th. I was pissed, but left the order in tact since I had already provided all the billing information. On August 13th I called to check the status of the order, and wouldn't you know it - the order was delayed until August 20th. I immediately cancelled the order and went and purchased a player at a local Wal-Mart. I could have purchased a player locally back in July had I known Dell was going to take a full month. Like I said, I didn't since I had already placed the order. Still this week (August 14th) Dell was advertising a Zune MP3 for $179.98 with a listing that the product is in stock. Lastly - there Customer Service system is "B R O K E." Their employees are useless and half of them cannot communicate clearly. They could care less!!!
Oh WELL - to HELL with DELL. I will never purchase another Dell product again.
