On 1/30 the following order was replaced and a confirmation received. When no order was received within 2 wks. Customer requested a tracking no. To check status and 1st ChoiceMemory.com refused to provide and has not answered any emails since charging this order to customer credit card. They seemed to have "closed down business" since taking customer money and not delivering. A check of the tracking no. Will probably reveal that no such order was even shipped.
