Have a very high value item to be delivered by DHL and I am home 98 percent of the time I am disabled so I do not go out much. Got a call one day from Dhl saying they tried to deliver two days in a row around 2.30 pm which I know was a lie. Because I have to very young children who come home from school about that time. So I complained, no one knocked and if someone came up my 3 Dogs would have barked like they are train to do. I was told it would be there next day well no item.
So I called the shipper. They fixed it they delivered it on a saturday. Now let me tell you how the delivered it. Mine you this has to be sigh for due to the value of item. I can always see the front door and out side. This unmarked silver van pulls up this old lady gets out puts package on porch and then they drive off. I yell at them do you know how to knock that's when hey really took off. They know they did wrong but does Dhl care, No they do not. If that item had been damaged or stolen I would sue them for every dime I could get.
We will never ever use Dhl in our company again. They are UN professinal rude and are liars.
