Charging for text messages refuse to turn off feature

I contacted T-Mobile to turn off the text messaging feature on my 3 phone lines and they refuse and say it is impossible however they are charging me for incoming text messages which are comming in from a third party (aol. Alerts) which i did not subscribe to. So now i have the texting service which i dont want need or use but am being charged for on incoming spam messages! I want the feature turned off and i want a refund.
