I'm very unhappy about this company. Every month that I receive my bill, there's always a charge for unsolicited incoming text messages. Most of the messages are from spam sources which I didnt subscribe to in the first place. I have complained to their customer service about this issue and even asked them to disable this text feature. But they wouldnt disable this feature. I have followed their recommendation of filtering and blocking messages via their website. IT DOESNT WORK!!! I have even asked the customer rep to do the filter setup for me, but it still didnt work. When they realize that this, they adviced that I should change my mobile number. However, they cant guarantee that I will no longer experience this issue.in other words, they dont have a solution to this problem and I will be continually rob of this inadequacy. Of course, why would they want stop themselves from making money out of this stupid scheme. Unfortunately, this company doesnt give a damn about their customers.
