Northern Leasing & SCAN are frauds & decievers. Cancellations are almost impossible. Scan is not listed in Houston with a telephone number only and address. No way to contact them by phone

I signed up with Northern Leasing when I opened my business in June.

I had several checks that were sent in that were returned and I still have not collected my money on them. I was approached by another company in March and decided to cancel my contract with Northern Leasing and Scan. I have signed paper work where I paid them off and sent the equipment back. I have spoken to Northern Leasing and they are still debting my bank account.

I finally spoke with a supervisor and they said they could refund only $200.00 which should be around $598.00. I disagreed with this figure and they upped it to $354.00. I was told the action was done on January 25. As of today nothing has been done.

I spoke with them today and they have informed me that I will receive a check within the next 3 to 4 weeks. This is not what Northern Leasing told me.

Rest assured I have every name, date, time and conversation recorded. I am prepared to proceed with actions.
