I listed my home with Jim Striegel and was told that if he sold my home and I bought another home through his agency, I would receive $5000 after closing. Two days before closing, I was told that it's 3 years after closing when I can APPLY for the Cash Reward. At closing I was handed a certificate with very fine print with instructions on how to file and not everyone receives the Cash Reward. I waited 3 years, applied, waited the 60 days for processing which turned into 90 days, and was denied.
