We purchased a condo in spring 2007 and sold our home. Our Realator was participating in a program which promised a cash reward, in our case it was $7000, because he handled both the purchase of the condo and the sale of our house.
Our agent said to follow the redemption instructions exactly (which I did). I registered my certificate on time and it was accepted; there was a 36 month waiting period until we were to file forms to redeem the certificate and actually be paid the "Cash Reward". The Rules specified that these filings had to be done through the U.S. Postal Service, Certified Mail with Return Receipt requested.
I have the signed receipt for registering my Certificate; however, when I mailed the forms to redeem the $7000 Certificate the letter was returned as unclaimed.
Seems like FRAUD to me and I hope there is some way that Cash Rewards, Inc. And David Maloy, President/CEO can be held liable for payment of my certificate and the many others out there!
