Our claim for redemption of cash reward from the purchase of our home was rejected for the following reasons:
1. The sales price on the invoice/HUD statement does not match the qualifying transaction price on your Cash Rewards Certificate. The cash rewards certificate was filled out by the realtor and shows the purchase price of the house.
2. You did not mail in a statement from your lender showing your financing was current or not in default with the closing of the billing period showing within 60 days of the date you mailed your redemption claim. The redimption claim was mailed 9/03/08 with statements from both mortaggers showing payments made for August and zero overdue payments.
