Satin And Barbara CS They do not want to give any information on how to get my name of the company

I received a letter today saying the I owed $397.63 to GTE Mobile.
I have never had GTE mobile I only had Sprint for cell service. I called CBCS and they would not give me any iformation on how to take my name out of the collection all they want is money that I do not owe. Customer Svcs Barbara and Satin are very rude and all they do is hang up on my because I keep on asking them what is the procedure to get my name of the list. Please keep on sending emails to the human resources department so they deal with this issue email address is [email protected].
