Purchased top of the line Christmas tree from Balsam Hill that has defective branch, contacted their customer service, and they send me a. 49 cent washer and tell me to fix the problem myself; really? Tree is supposed to have 10 year warranty on foliage. Unacceptable that Balsam Hill refuses to properly warranty defective goods. Wish I would have found this site prior to purchasing from them. Would have known to steer clear!
