Vanderbilt customer service is terrible. The representatives attitutde are unbelievable. Vanderbilt claims they have know insurance that will include personal items in the home. And calls the second of the month if my payment is due on the first.
McDowell & Associates are awful I am paying an amount that wasn't agrred upon.
