Because I was one payment behind, they increased my payments by 100.00 a month. Then my husband and I separated and he vandalized the home knowing that he no longer lived there, they wrote the insurance check in both our names putting my life in danger. I also tried to get a cheaper insurance than what vanderbilt had and they told me that I would have two insurance companies. Nor would they increase the insurance on my contents inside the home. When they did send a check all the items had a depreciated value. Which I never knew.
