I am was 100% disabled in May, we have been trying to liquidate 10 acres of land to pay my medical bills and creditors.
We have been waiting for a DOn Bradley to contact us. I have called your offices 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have yet to have someone from Vanderbilt Mortage and Finance to return my calls. I find it disgusting that a mortage company employee will refuse to tell you who a supervisor is or to refer you to one.
I am turning this complaint over to my attorney who might be able to get some answers.
I can tell you one thing I will pay more a month just to refinance and get away from such a sloppy company.
