This company offered an amazing deal for former sunrocket customers who had already been ripped off by sunrocket. They are going to give free service for 12 months we only have to pay taxes monthly. SOUNDS GREAT!
Well after 3 months they started charging 23 dollars, I called 3 times and they finally fixed it (no apoligy), well this week is month 4 and once again they are charging me 23 dollars @$@%*?? I called/emailed and now they deny I provided proof of being a sunrocket customer, I forwarded emails, faxed information scanned documents. They say its not good enough.
Well i did a search for "net2phone sunrocket rebate" and can see that they are ripping off many many people with this bait and switch tactic, offer free service for 12 months but after only 3 months start charging full price. What a joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I dont even have enough space here or time to go into the rudeness i experienced dealing with these nerds that answer the phone and think they have all the power in the world to either click the button and let me have my deserved plan or not click the button and make me pay full.
