I signed up for Sunrocket and had problems with their customer service before the service was even hooked up. Also, Sunrocket charges you for the time it take to transfer your old number to Sunrocket. So, for about a month, you are paying for your old service and your Sunrocket service. Joyce Dorris, Sunrocket's Chief Marketing Officer, kept trying to get me to switch to the one year service plan for $200. I refused. She then asked me if I wanted to stay with my current phone company and pay more. I said, yes, I want my Sunrocket service canceled. She rudely said, OK and then slammed down the phone on me. I'm still not sure if she canceled my service as she was supposed to. I couldn't tell since she hung up on me.
