Sunrocket Teleblend should receive class action suit

I transferred from Sunrocket to Teleblend and immediately my service degraded. I had more time without service than with it in first month and notified Teleblend to cancel month to month service. They automatically charged my credit card a second month. Called and wanted to talk to a manager. Could not talk to a manager. Could not talk to the billing department. Teephone rep said service cancellations could take up to 30 days. Several on line service reports were filed requesting the account be closed and a refund issued. Did not get billled a third month, but the service report online is still open requesting a refund.

Looks like Telelblend took over the Sunrocket servers. To change voice mail, call forwarding, etc. We still needed to access Sunrocket website.

I had never participated in a class action suit, but did when I recceived information concerning suing Sunrocket. They owe me about half my money back.

Even though it is only 2 months of Teleblend service that was not acceptable and only valued at approximately $35, I will sign class action paperwork against Teleblend too if someone will initiate the suit. To this day the web site is not current and my trouble ticket for a refund is still open after an additional 6 weeks.

I went to AT&T CallVantage VOIP at a higher price, have a new phone number and the additional cost is worth it. Over two months of uninterrupted service and it works.
