On 02/12 Comcast billed me for cable tv, internet and telephone service for the period 02/18 through 03/17. On 03/14 I cancelled all my services with Comcast and Comcast picked up all of their equipment on 03/20. Even though I cancelled my service Comcast billed on 03/12 for service for the period 03/18 through 04/17. Then on 04/12 Comcast billed me for service for the period 04/18 through 05/17. On 04/28 Comcast issued me a credit for the period 04/28 through 05/17. Bottom line is - I cancelled my service on 03/14 and Comcast insists that I owe them $247.30 for service through 04/27. This is totally wrong. If anything Comcast owes me a refund for the period 03/14 through 03/17 that I did not have service that I had paid for. I am not concerned about a refund, but I DO NOT OWE COMCAST ANYTHING. When I refused to pay the $247.30 Comcast turned me over for collection, and the collection agency is harassing me constantly. I have spoken with a least 12 people at Comcast and the last 3 admits that I do not owe Comcast $247.30, but all 3 have failed to follow up on their promise to credit my account, send me email confirmation tha I have a $0.00 balance due Comcast and notify the collection agency of this resolution. On 06/05 a person named Juanita in the Billing or Cancellation Department (404-266-2278) promised me a resolution within 24-48 hours. On 06/10 Michele Bachrite (sp?) who is supposedly a manager (direct line 770-559-7672 fax 770-810-9005) promised me a resolution within 24-48 hours. On 06/13 Darius (sp?) who is also supposedly a manager (direct line 770-559-7722) promised to send me a email within 1-2 hours confirming that I do not have an outstanding balance due Comcast. All 3 have failed to honor their promise, and now they refuse to return my calls.

I have dealt with some companies that have bad customer service and appeared to be unethical, but this is the worst experience I have ever had.
