I ordered a game from this company two days ago. I ordered the game for a Sony PSP, and instead, needed the game for a Nintendo DS. I called yesterday and was told that a cancellation would be sent out and if I was not able to cancel, I could easily return the game once I received it. Today I received an email stating that my order could not be cancelled, and in addition, the item could not be returned unless it was defective. I called and spoke to a gentleman, who in turn, spoke to two different supervisors, and was told both times that no matter what the situation, no games can be returned unless they were defective. I would not be so upset, had the woman I spoke to yesterday not told me that I could easily return the item once I received it. Now I am stuck with a game that I cannot use. I was not even given the option to exchange it for a game that complies with the DS system I need. What a terrible return policy and way to run a business.
