Order mailed to Current on 11/10/07. They say it was shipped out 11/29/07.
As of 12/18/07, I have not received it. I have called and e-mailed. The customer rep told me they don't even check on the orders for 3 wks following their shipping. This is ridiculous. My e-mail contact to them got a response, but no answers. This is the ONLY catalog order I've had this problem with. All other orders placed to various sources, have been received by me in a very timely manner. I e-mailed them again today asking for a refund. (it was a prepaid order) I'm frustrated, and don't even want the merchandise now, as it's too late for Christmas.
