Buyer who scams and insults because she has buyers remorse

Buyer orders items then backs out then insults the seller. She is stealing from legitimate customers of seller. SHe leaves an insulting feedback. Each email she changes her story. She does not take responsilbity for her own amazon.com account. First blames son
Then blames someone else
Then blames the website.
