I have called, written, and e-mailed sony regasrding the status of my rebate of $100./ still no response. I have gotten the run around, been put on hold and told the rebate expired.
I waited since jan. For the rebate. I am very disappointed with their policies, guarantees, and p[oor customar service. I spent alot on my sony vaio computer and expected their rebate to be honored.
