REBATE ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

I purchased a sony computer in December and applied for a $100 rebate, then waited for a rebate that never came. After getting the phone runaround, I was told that if I didn't have copies of the upc label from the box I was s@%& out of luck. So think long and hard about buying a sony product based on the promise of a rebate.
