On 7-25-02 I purchased a Sony Vaio RX660 at Sears. The deal included a $200.00 rebate, $100 on the tower, and $100 on the Trinitron monitor.
I got the tower rebate in 3 mos. However, they still owe me for the monitor rebate. It has been two years of genuine run-around and I still have gotten nowhere.
It's clear that Sony has no intention to make good on their rebate promises.
