On november 28th after several reserches I choose to take the services of resumeritersandheadhunters.com, also operated with other differents names.
It was the BETTER DEAL RESUME PACKAGE WITH INSTANT REBATE and the rush service a total of $645.00. My credit card was charged and appears as Google Writer Designer.
Got my resume few days later, but it was the same as what I filled in their questionarie, they only did a copy and paste, and they did not even tried to fix my mistakes, such us gramr error, spelling, puntuation, etc.
Called the same day, and ask for my money back, they said they wiill, but only $600.00 becasue $45.00 is a consultation fee, I agreed to it, and I ask for a confirmation #, the girl (using an american name with asian accent) said they will call me the next day to give that. They never did. But I must say, when I started talking to her, she said that I wasn't intheir systems, then I ask her then how is possible that my credit card got charged.
4 days when by, haven't posted the credit in my account, called again, and AGAIn they said I wasn't in their system, and there was no record of my conversation with this girl. I new it from there taht this was a total rip off.
The package was for cover letter, thank letter, follow up letter, posted in teh internet with head hunters.com and a personal profesional writer that will be in contact with me contantly. Only got my poorly rresume made from my own words and using a template (wich they claim not to do it that way), and I never received a phone call from "personal profesionall writer" and anything else.
How did I found them? Throught a web site top10resumeswriters.org or something like that, but they created that web site, and the others are operated by the same company.
I just want people to know about this, and get back my hard earned money.
