I was extremely disappointed in Central Pack! They took my money and ran!

I placed my order on November 25th for the amount of $44.50. That charge was taken from my checking account on November 26th. Freight charges pending were for a 60LB shipment. On November 28th, I received a call from the company to comfirm my shipping costs of $19.86. That amounte was charged to my debit account the same day. Several days later, I received an email that stated they needed a physical address to ship to - which I provided. On December 9th, I called the company to let them know I had not received my order. I had to leave a message as no one was available.

On December 10th, I left another message and sent an email.By mid-day, I was finally able to get a live voice on the line and reported my concern over an order that was guaranteed 3-day delivery and had not been received after 2 weeks. The lady on the other end gave me a UPS tracking # which I tracked online while I still had her on the phone. The UPS site told me to "contact shipper for more information". She informed me that I tried to have my package delivered to a PO Box, and this was why I had not received it. I explained that I had emailed my shipping address as requested. I was then put on hold - for 14 minutes.

When she came back on the line, she explained that I had provided an incorrect shipping address and that someone else had received my package. I was then placed back on hold - then transferred to a different operator who told me they would "re-ship" my package but had to charge me an additional $10 to do an address change. I told her I refused to pay an additional $10 - in which she replied "it's not our fault you gave us the wrong address and someone else got your package - UPS will charge us $10 to do an address change." Again, I told her that I would not pay that amount. She said she would contact UPS and then talk to her supervisor and call me back.

As soon as I hung up, I called UPS direct, gave them my tracking number and expressed my concern over the ordeal. They informed me that the package I was referring to had never been shipped out, and was still pending billing. My package was never even shipped out!!!
I then contacted Central Pack to inform them that I had contacted UPS - I confronted them with the lies - only silence on the other end. I then told them that I demamded an immediate refund, including my shipping charges. That request was simply met with OK.

Please, do not conduct business with Central Pack. They are not a legitamate company, do not possess morals or values and will take your money and run. To date: I have currently not received my refund.
