I had a party there and i was not happy with the party room i was told that i would have a sever to be in the party room to help so I asked for the owner after about 10 mins waiting the own come in and said whats the problem. I told him we need a sever in here to start working are party. He said we dont have time to have some one in here we are under staffed. So I said we were told that we would have some one thats what i also payed for. Own said well you dont deal with it. I also said that the places smells bad in here like dirty feet and it just looked dirty I will not go back it was a bad time I had to also use the bounce room with another party it had to many in there. Someone needs to come up with a ideal to just have one party at a time.
