Arrived at this place to throw my daughters Birthday party. As soon as we arrived he was unfriendly and condescending, but it got worse.
-My mother had stopped to get the cake from the store. When she arrived they put it in a side room. My wife wanted to see it. So they went to the room to look at it real quick. Tom, the owner, came and rudely scolded them and told them that they didn't belong back here. After this happened I was informed by my wife how they had just been treated. So I confronted Tom and asked him what his problem was. I told him he did not need to be rude. He said that if we didn't like it we could leave.
-When we went into the the room for the kids to have cake and ice cream. We were informed that we were not allowed to have cups and that it needed to be juice boxes. We were never told this before then. So they would not let the kids have juice in cups. The kids therefore were not allowed to drink anything.
-I told Tom that his customer service was poor and that I would be calling my credit card company and canceling payment. He told me that I would go to jail.
-After this we got into a verbal confrontation. I told him that I was going to post on websites like this and tell everyone I know to never come here. He told me not to threaten him and to get out. When I didn't he called the cops on me.
-When the cops got there and I got it straight with them, I asked if they have been there before. The officer said they've been there a few times.
-the staff looked like they were miserable. One or two of them informed me that he is a complete jerk and is always like that.
Stay away from this place. I would go anywhere but here.
