We had reserved a room (over 2 months in advance) for a Baby Shower from 12P.M. -4 P.M. They told us it would accommodate 70-75 people. This was not the case. We had guests waiting in the hallway where the moon bounces where and nowhere to sit. I actually had to go and find chairs for them to sit in. We had all of the gifts sitting in a adjoining hallway on the floor. This was just the beginning. About an hour into the party some of our guest was in the moon bounce and they told them to get out because they did not pay (but they where on the list) the owner said he didn't care for them to get out of his establishment. An adult try to step in; in their defense and he told him to leave as well.
Then to make things even worse at about 3:40 P.M. The owner comes to the doorway and tells me that he is going to need to come in and get chairs and tables for another party he has coming in at 4:00 P.M. So we would need to rap it up and leave. We told him that we had booked the room until 4:00 and that is when we will leave. He said no; and proceeded to get loud and tell all of our guest to get up from the tables and leave the room now, he just kept saying get up from the tables and leave now. This is very unprofessional and rude of the manager.
